I'm extremely proud to become Club Captain and with it have the opportunity to represent the club and its members. I look forward to supporting the many events the club hosts, as well as representing the club at formal functions and leading a great team of players in our league matches. I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to continue as Lady Captain for 2024 having given the role my all in 2023. I'll continue supporting the ladies section and working with my fellow captains to build upon the amazing work that has gone before us. I'm already planning for all the events and occasions. As a member of Heworth for more than 16 years I'm honoured to have the opportunity to become 2024 Senior Section Captain. I hope to bring  the playing and social sides of the section together and I'm keen to raise funds for and awareness of Prostate UK. I'm delighted to be named Junior Captain for 2024, and wanted to say what a great job Josh did last year. We've got a fantastic section full of potential and I'm looking forward to leading them all this year, especially at our team matches.
