SUBSCRIPTIONS NOTICE

The Heworth Golf Club Ltd.

All subscriptions are due by no later than 1st February 2026.


Subscription fees include affiliation fees to England Golf and Durham County Golf Union.


A facility for members to pay by direct debit over 10 months is available subject to terms and conditions, and will incur a £25 administration charge.


This is a rolling contractual agreement and all direct debits must be met, failure to do so will result in the member being removed from the scheme and payment of outstanding subscriptions becoming immediately due.


Current Direct Debit payers please note that your payments will automatically restart on 1st February 2026.


Should you wish to change your current payment method to Direct Debit; forms can be collected from the club office and be returned no later than 13th January 2026.


Any member from age 25 years who settles their account in full by 19th December 2025 will automatically have a £25 credit added to their member swipe card.


The Card Levy remains at £10 per member for the 2026 season and will be included in the first Direct Debit payment if paying by that method.


Members should note that the locker rental fee payment will be taken with the first Direct Debit payment if paying by that method.


On receipt of 2026 subscription payments, membership discs will be issued, please display them clearly on your golf bag for inspection at all times.



Anyone not intending to remain a member for 2026 should advise the office by post or email  admin@theheworthgolfclub.co.uk no later than 19th December 2025 in order that records can be updated.


Payments can be made by debit/credit card, cash, or cheque in the Administrator’s office between the hours of 9am-12pm Mon-Thurs, or 1pm-4pm Mon-Weds. Alternatively by telephone to 0191 469 9832 (option 1), or at the bar during opening hours. Members can also pay using the link on their Club V1 app or bill.

Members choosing to pay via BACS transfer should use their surname and Record Number as their payment reference.

Please Note, your ‘Rec No’ can be located on the attached bill.

Finally, and in fairness to all compliant members, the club will continue its adherence to a strict ‘NO PAY - NO PLAY’ policy throughout the 2026 season. Therefore, all members must ensure they have paid in full by 1st February 2026 or are signed up to the Direct Debit scheme to avoid deactivation of their swipe card and suspension of play.
